The Village at Crystal Springs is Tolland's first Active Adult Condominium Community. It is located in rural Tolland Connecticut which was named the 27th Best Small Town to Live in America by Money Magazine in 2009.
The site's inherent beauty and natural features embrace 106 pristine acres divided between individual homes and open space for active and passive recreation. The entire site is crisscrossed with hiking trails, breathtaking wooded areas, and open fields.
